"Hey neighbors, This time I have a recommendation that does not involve food! Maybe next time. I was so impressed with Patrick Darmody's response to a request for help this morning. We needed a consult on an old sink or disposal (our house has never been inhabited by people who buy new appliances or fix what's there). I messaged Patrick at 10:52 this AM and within an hour, he was diagnosing our problem from under the sink. We made a plan to replace the old, old, disposal and by 12:40 or so we shook on the deal. Maybe this replacement will have an effect on the original old sink and cause a chain of events that gets me a bright new kitchen!! Thanks so much, Patrick!! I plan to update our review once we have the project complete completed. I already have new projects in mind for him to take care of. We have received an invoice already and it's very reasonable to have the installation done."
